I have mennieres syndrome. I have fluctuating hear. I have severe mixed hearing loss in both the ears, esp left ear. Is there any treatment for this. Should I use hearing aids.

Hi, now you r in meniere's disease, the symptoms are aural fullness, vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss and tinnitus. And you r diagnosed with bilateral severe mixed hg. Loss, ok. It is better for you to go for a digital hg. Aid in left ear, if possible use in both ear. Medications and surgery has limited benefit on meniere's disease.
