Can college students who are studying take mecobalamin or other nerve med to make nerves strong as sometimes face anxiety disorders due to which the doc has earlier prescribed mecobalamin 1500 mcg once a day for 25 days to make nerves strong.

Mecobalamin has negligible role in controlling anxiety. Unless you have viatmin b12 deficiency it is hardly needed as a supplement if you have a good diet. Anyways its safe to take oral mecobalamin 1500mcg if you wish so.
