Once you stop meprate after taking for 5 days, then within 7 days of stopping this medicine you will get menses. There was no need to take meprate in the first place as it can delay the naturally occurring menses. You can wait for whole 1 month to get menses naturally than taking meprate within 10 days.

There is no medicine for immediate periods. Meprate can delay them rather. You should now take it for 5-7 days.
