My father is 52 years old on 24/4/15 he is paralysed by half body now he was little bit ok. But still he lost little memory and forget few thing in daily life routine please advice what can I do ?

Dear which side is he paralysed? was it a clot or a bleed? is he diabetic? or hypertensive? however unfortunately there is nothing much we can do about the memory, time will take its own course and he should recover. If possible please upload his ct scan or mri and ecg. More important is that we have to prevent any further strokes. So we have to find out why did he have it in the first place.
