I have been suffering from diabetes type 2 since 13 years. Now a days I feel a urgent need of bowel whenever go outside my home. Is this a mental problem. I am afraid of going anywhere. What should I do to improve my digestive system. Is there any treatment or exercise to cure the same. My diabetes fasting is 153 and pp is 170. Please help me.
