Tendions and stress are part of out life and we don't have to run away from them but develop better coping skills to deal with them. If something is bothering you, identify it's relevance to your current life situation and whether it should e given any importance. Talk about your issues, communicate clearly as to what you want and what is a viable option. Regar diet, exercise and pursuing a hobby helps de stress regularly and effects of stress are mitigated.
