Hypothyroidism irregular menstrual period is one of the commonest symptoms. Along with that there may be some times excess flow. Since you are on treatment for just 2 months, it may take a bit longer for complete recovery from symptoms. When treatment is effective tsh levels should be between 3 to 4 milli units/ml. If that is achieved then most symptoms will be in check.
