Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, hope you are doing well! you really have to take up some physical activity and have to make some changes in your diet. Go for more of fiber than lots of carbohydrates, in your plate take more of protein and less carbohydrates. Eat small and frequent meals instead of 3 large meals. For every 1 hour go for a 5 mins walk in your office. Do not have your meal at your desk rather go to your cafeteria or can noteen to have food so that there will be some activity added before and after food taken. Prefer drinking at least 3-4 lts of water per day. When ever you fell hungry in between aft your meals go for fruit, salads, biscuits instead of oily snacks. Please do add some workout session daily at gym or home. Follow all these tips you will definitely find some changes.

Firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
