I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has goneup from75 kg to 85 kg. I want to lost weight. Please help.

Add a 5 meal plan schedule to your diet. Take less of calories. Avoid fried foods. Even healty food taken more than proportion will result in weight gain. Eat well in proper time schedule. Dnt skip meals. Check bmi which will help you how much you need to lose. Add some food supplements which will help you for your target.
