I have a desk job by which my weight increases continuously and I want loose my weight so please tell me the ways yo reduce my weight and fat specially my tommy.

Change food habites. Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, less sugar tea end coffi or any other sweets contein less sugar. Take balance food morning end night. Avoid over eating. Take simpal veg food less as you fill hungery. Do arobic excersices yoga, go for fast walking morning or evening as per your times. After dinner walk slowly for 1 to 2km. Daily. After one hour gets up from chair walk in office few minutes than start work again. For medicinal advice.
