I feel low on energy and feel inadequate sleep. Though do not have anything bad going on feels like stressed. What can be the cause and following remedial measures?

Practice deep breathing daily for 15 minutes - inhale from nose hold your breath for few seconds then exhale from your mouth. Exercise for 30 minutes daily. Include more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet, fish if non veg. For sleep you can, have warm glass of milk and warm water bath before sleeping. Do not stress and think about sleep all the time otherwise it will become worse. Low on energy could be due to inadequate sleep. Socialize more with people, keep yourself busy.
