I am 19 years old female I have sinus tachycardia my pulse goes 200 sometimes suddenly so I have to take some precautions. Like to avoid caffeine .can you please tell me that can I drink packed juice or can I have packed juices? Also last january I have to take injection to control my pulse. What I have to eat can you please tell me?
