Hi, I am 22 years old male I am having a lot of problems due accumulation of gas in my stomach and bloating because of which my complete body mental language feels low sometimes I feel lazy and some times no interest in doing things because of the troubled stomach I think this is a very young age for being lazy I want to charge my batteries and feel great all the time please suggest me a way out!
