Am kenyan student who finished high school and got "a-" I got schoolship from united states so my question is can I go medical school directly without undergoing pre-med class, am good in science subjects, I worked as volunteer to one hospitals. Am now 24 and I want to neurosurgery.

It depends on the country's rules where you want get admission in medical. Generally one form or the other of pre med will be required. Some countries need bachelor of science degree also for medical admission.
