What should be my vegetarian diet for building muscle mass! please do suggest and it's urgent.

To increase the muscle mass you have to take more proteins and fats. For that in case you are vegetarian then take more pulses and grams because they are rich sources of proteins. Along with you can use butter and ghee as this will also help in building mass. Milk and milk products are also good as they provide calcium, fats, proteins etc.
