A normal person with an exposure to early morning sunlight and a nutritious balance diet may not have Vit D deficiency. Vit D deficiency is not life threatening. No overdose advised. See a Physician . Get your Vit D estimation. Start weekly or daily medication if advised. Follow up with 6 monthly blood test. Leave it to your doctor to handle
