Take shool vajrini vati and chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Avoid milk. Tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.
