Hello sir/ma'am, I am a 21 years old girl. Last year in september I had sudden sharp pain in my abdomen every morning which passed away on its own after sometimes without any medication. And this lasted only for a week. Again in january 2015 I had this severe pain again and this time there was a little blood in my stool. On cosulting the family physician he said it was due to constipation which is hereditory in my family and after having medicines I was back to normal. Now this april since last week I am again suffering from constipation, little blood in the stool and cramps or rather pain in any part of abdomen even in the hips. My doctor says its due to piles problem I am having now. But I fear that it is something more severe than that as the pain remains almost all the time in any part of the stomach and this fear is making me lose my mind during this time of annual examinations. Please help i'll be really obliged.
