I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my Weight has gone up from 75 kgs to 85 kgs. I Want to lose weight. Please help.

As you have a sedentary job then certainly you can't be able to burn calories. As a result your weight is increasing day by day. Few tips to reduce weight: take out some time for exercise.(30-45min) don't skip breakfast. Cut down your oils and fats from daily diet. Cut down cereals and fulfill your appetite by taking lots of salads, vegetables, fruits, sprouts, dahi. Have a small and frequent meal throughout the day. Drink lots of water.
