SIR, I am 18 years old. In october 2015 I hv been suffering from constipation due to which I developed anal fissure and sentinel tag too. There is no bleeding but sometimes it pains. I am using ANOVATE tube, it's give me little relief not the permanent cure. Is there any way to permanently cure it by using home remedies only. Hoping for the quick reply Thank you.

Take unpeeled cooked potatoes. Avoid sedentary life/fast foods/night watching/sitting too long in one place. Also take nux vom 30 - once daily for next 2 weeks. Get back to me for further treatment.
