Hello. Lybrate-user. By reading your complaint. I think you have gums problem (gingivitis) it is mainly caused by dental plaque and calculus. So. Once get check up your oral hygienic status. If it is not good get oral prophylaxis (scaling) done and use mouth wash solutions as instructed by dentist. Thank you.
