get your teeth examined by a dentist.Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. The medical condition dry mouth (also called xerostomia) also can cause bad breath. If this is normal respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia or bronchitis, chronic sinus infections, , diabetes, chronic acid reflux, and liver or kidney problems can also cause bad smell

Uncleanliness of mouth, dryness of mouth, some respiratory and gastro- intestinal infection, some ailments of liver and kidney causes bad odor from mouth. Drink plenty of water and eat nutritious diet.
