Pain in rt testicle. Tortuous vein of rt testicle is swollen painful and prominent. Pain is immense in the morning when urinary bladder is full prior to subconscious erection. Taken oral medicine for filariasis for 21 days about 8 months back. Not much improved. Problem is since 5 years. Urination ok. Pl help.
