I am 24, I have severe lower back pain and severe lower leg ache daily since 7 years, it is intense when I wake up in mornings, so please give me some perfect and permanent solution to overcome these muscle weakness.
seven years is a long time to suffer in pain! this pain owing to its duration could be diagnosed in several ways. It could be due to:
a) bad mattress
b) poor position
c) nutritional issues like vitamin and mineral deficiency
d) orthopedic issues which may include osteoporosis and decreased disc space making the back and legs weak.
E) neurological issues likr a persistent slip disc.
Whatever i've mentioned is based on the brief history you've given. It could be something really simple that needs small correction. Exercising and stretching should give you some relief. Although I suggest you get a complete workup done so that a more specific diagnosis can be made.
