Plain walking for about 40 minutes a day and Yoga will be ideal. Selected aasanas under supervision of trainer. Even ligh exercises at Gym under a trainer will help. No sheershasana, and no heavy and tire some Gym

Yoga is what I recommend to my patients. Basically, when you exercise regularly, it is all good, but once the gym membership is over, all exercises cease. This has a bad affect on health and diabetes. Yoga is something which doesn't need sophisticated equipments and can be easily done as per the patients convenience. Amongst exercises, swimming is the best.
