Dear lybrate user- if she has conceived normally you can have sex, just take care not to put undue pressure on her abdomen. Lateral postures on later stages can be helpful.

Dear the mouth of uterus is shut during the pregnancy & you can penetrate it. So it is safe to have physical relation during pregnancy with or without condom. Only thing is she should not have the infection during pregnancy & she should not feel any discomfort or pain. In the late 2nd trimester or 3rd trimester better to use the lateral positions for relations than putting male weight on female abdomen. There is no problem in discharging the semen inside the vagina.
