Search a little, find a product that will best suit your skin type and give it a try. If still your pimples are unlikely to go away then don?t hesitate from going to a dermatologist. *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise.

Hi lybrate-user, acne on the back occurs due to activity of oil glands & associated infection, we have more oil glands on face, shoulders, back so that is why acne are more in these areas. You can use a cream containing clindamycin & benzoyl peroxide & salicylic or benzoyl peroxide based soap, if still the acne persist I would suggest you to meet the doctor in person as may be some systemic antibiotics or treatments like salicylic peels or laser can be given for resistant cases.
