I have desk job and in the last 1 year my weight was gone up from 75 KGS to 89 KGS. I want lose my weight please help me.

First you have to lose your weight in a healthy way. Eat a healthy breakfast- glass of low fat milk with high fibre grain, eat more salads with lunch & dinner, avoid-sugary food & drinks, fried & oily food, junk & fast food. Replace them with a healthy food.

Prolong sitting causes put on weight. When you sit for your work give a break between your work for 15 min and walk for some distance. In your routine work prefer to walk rather than using vehicles avoid bakery items, fast food, packaged food, sweets, cold drink, rice potato, etc. Eat a plate of salads before meal.
