I am trying to stoppn non veg, but I can't it. I feel I am a bit of fat. Some times I will do walking but not weight loss. Pls tell what can I do.

If you prepare non-veg in a healthy manner (less oil) it won't result in weight/fat gain. Also you can always eat chicken & fish. Avoid red meat. Walking +balanced diet will help in weight loss.
