I am 21 male. I have noticed that some white dotted spots or some white patches on my right tonsil and after some days that white patches are spread to my left tonsil also. I consulted to an ent doctor and he said that it was keratosis tonsillitis and garle with warm salt water it will gone. But this is the 5th month they still remained same as it is. Iam a smoker and drinker of alchohol since10 to 12 years. I observed that some blood traces in sputum for 2 times for 2 different days. At that time I also started running and after that I stopped running also. And that blood traces in sputum will not came again. Is that blood in sputum is for sudden starting of my running? is this situation is only a keratosis tonsillitis or the symptoms of any cancer. What are the methods to remove that white patches on my tonsils. Please help me.
