I am taking thyrox tablet 37. 5 mg from october 2014. Before that I was taking 25 mg from 2013 march. Recently I tested my tsh twice. One in the morning 7 am (after one hour of thyrox tablet consumption). My report came 10. 6(high). Another I did next week at 5pm(tablet taken in the morning at around 10 am). The report came 4. 7(normal). What to do now? shall I continue same thyrox tablets or what?

pl. give blood sample for thyroid profile in morning without meal and do not take medicine before giving blood sample..then give details of reports and then i can give advice of dose of medicine. Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work.
