I am 20 years old. My height 172 c. M. But my weight is 46 kg. How to increase my weight. Naturally. And also my bones are show if I naked.

Do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting, push ups and other muscle building exercise. Increase eating and more frequently than before. Use whole cream milk. Take nutritional supplement. Use extra refined foods. Eat dense fruits, vegetables. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.
