I have a child. 1year old. Thru c-section. But my pelvic muscles are not supporting properly during intercourse. Due to this my partner also not interested. please suggest something to improve my condition. As well as to improve his sexual interest. Is any surgery require to improve my situation.

You shall meet physiotherapy specialist to start pelvic muscle strengthening exercises. Swimming is one of the best way to do it. Well rather then muscles only. Rest of the factors play more important role in intercourse after child birth. Like lack of foreplay. Paying less attention to the partner due to hectic schedules of females behind child. Etc. You need to understand that pleasure stays in between two ears, not only between the legs. So if you will concentrate on those happiness. I'm sure intercourse would give more pleasure to both of you.
