I Chandra 17years old my weight is around 73-75. Am trying very hard to reduce my weight but enable to do so. Please can you suggests precautions to reduce my weight.

First do health check ups. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Use unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help to reduce extra body fat. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.
