I'm 47 year old. Weight 63 kg constant for last 8-10 years. 3 years back diagnosed hypothyroidism (t3 & t4 normal, tsh 9. 5) later last year tsh was 8. 6. Otherwise feel fit except some laziness and body temperature is generally low. I've not taken any medicine so far. Doing morning walk n yoga regularly. What are the implications in long run. Does need to take any medicine?

Yes. You need medications definitely. Laziness and low body temperature are both due to hypothyroidism. Kindly consult privately for personalised management.
