I am 59 year old weighing 102 kg obesity. No other problem. Not eating oily and junk food. Daily going for morning walk, at least 3-4 days playing badminton also. No laziness, still working in a private company.

Hello very good to hear on the physical activity you practice. Increase the intensity of walk if possible, start doing crunches and floor exercise. Follow small meal patterns. Do not leave more than 3 hours of gap between meal try consuming more of vegetables in the form of salads, soups, sprouts keep sipping water for more details you may contact me.
