I eat a lot and my body weight is the same for a long time. Doctors have said that the weight is perfect for my age and height. But the fact is I am lean and I don't look as per the weight and my body is very weak.

Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga and others. These will help you to look muscular and healthy. Take a balanced diet. Take plenty of vegetables, fruits. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water. Take proper sleep at night.
