My hemoglobin level is too low. I always feel weakness and tired. What should I do?

Feeling weak is common when the hemoglobin level is low. I advise you to take plenty of vegetables, milk and milk products, and consume liver products (if you are a non vegetarian). Take iron and b-complex preparations which should not be taken on empty stomach.
