I am feeling something in my chest in the centre of my chest like small ball. I don't know what is it. I don't have any pain or any kind of problem with that but I am worried about that thing what is that can you help me plz?

You mean in the muddle chest over the sternum it must be subcutaneous fat collection encapsulated it must mobile side to side it called llipoma it is harmless. If it is growing in size then you can get removed by incision.
