Sir want my health improve so fast. Im soo thin nd I live in a hostel. So please tell what diet I take which I improve my health.

First of all start taking proper meal that includes 3 major meal breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add 2 mid meal as well like 1 you can add inbetwwen your breakfast and lunch and another can be added between lunch and dinner in the evening. Include high protein meal during the day. Take plenty of water start doing some of exercise as well, if there is no space as such you can start with spot jump 20 times intially. Maintain a healthy lifestyle routine of all these things.
