Please help us I'm 23 year old student, I'm so much addicted of cellphone. Like using internet, Games, Hikes etc Now days I'm worried because due to addiction I'm not able to do study, and other work, My mind is not in my control. I'm totly controlled by mobile now days. It's ruined me and my eyes, health and my Carrier. Please tell us how can I escape this. Pleased help us as your child.

It's good that you acknowledge the fact that you are unable to control use of your mobile. This usually happens when you start feeling a" vaccum" when you are away from your mobile, a feeling that" you are disconnected from" the world. This feeling itself is false. I may need a complete daily schedule of mobile use as to how much time you talk, you message, you use fb, what's app, games etc. Let me also know the symptoms you face when you try to be away from your mobile? you need a behavior therapy along with some anxiolytics to keep your urge under control.
