Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga etc. Eat extra amount of food. Do not skip meals. Use whole cream milk. Use nutritional supplement. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take more refined foods with unrefined foods. Extra fish, egg, meat etc will help. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water just before or during meals. Take stress free quality sleep.
