Hi- you need 1200 kcal/day diet. Early morning - water, little lemon (no sugar, salt, honey-all stop). After 15 mins green tea with 1 cream craker biscuit. B. F 7.30am- brown breads 2 pcs 50gm + 150ml d. T milk, + 1 egg white + 3 tsf sour curd. 10am - 1 sour + 1 one fruit + small green salad 12. Noon - lunch - 75 gm rice brown rice + egg white/ 1 fish+ dal 20gm + 3 tsf sour curd+ any gourd family vegetables. 3 pm - any 2 fruits (1 sour like orange/pin apple + 1 guava), small green salad, 6 pm - cream cracker biscuit + green tea 9.30pm - 2 pcs whole wheat/multi grains chapati, dal soupy, mix veg (gourds, 1 chana veg. 3 tsf curd. Fish/paneer/plain cheese 50gm any one. Be time - 150ml skim/d. T milk milk or chana - at break fast as well bed time or as your convenience.

Hereditary factors also play role in causing diabetes. *dry the leaves of mango tree and grind to a powder. Mix 1 teaspoon dry powder in a glass of water and drink it daily to reduce high blood sugar levels. *take 2 teaspoons of bitter gourd (karela) juice once a day. One can also increase its use as a cooked vegetable. *start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. *avoid sleeping in the daytime *use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum.
