When I try to reduce my weight by timely limited food, light exercise, plenty of water and no junk food, my weight gets reduced successfully. But after few days my carve for heavy meal and junk food increases to such a limit that I am unable to control and things become the same again. What can I do about it?

what you need is metabolically appropriate diet which can correct underlying hormonal problem. If this is done, you will not feel hunger and craving and you will lose weight slow and steady. Low calorie and low fat food does not result in sustained weight loss and your craving for junk food is result of that. you need personalised nutritional plan to correct underlying metabolic disorder.
