At age 50, one must drink on an average one drink /day. Th consumption of this drink should be very slow ending anywhere between 15-45 minutes one drink is equal to one of the following:--- -250 ml can or bottle of regular beer---- -100 ml can or bottle of malt liquor--- -60 ml glass of red or white wine--- -30 ml glass of hard liquor (spirits) like gin, vodka, or whiskey. --- although tolerance effect of consuming alcohol remains almost same in age group 50-65 year if factors remain sam but loneliness, boredom, anxiety, or depression, in fact, depression in older adults leads to decreased tolerance but increased diversion towards alcohol just causing health issues.
