I intake minimum 2 ltrs water per day and I need to go to the toilet once in 15 -20 minutes. Please advice, as this hampers my daily routine.

Hi the medication which you are taking stamlo d, d is for a drug called hydrochlorthiazide which causes excess of urination. So kindly stop stamlo d and take plain stamlo and recheck your bp after 2 weeks. But also get tested for diabetes as it can also cause frequent urination.
