I'm 30 year old male and had unprotected sex with women in may 2016 and after 7 months I went to ictc center and get test tested and came results as negative and in this 7 months I suffered with symptoms of ulcer in mouth and cold and after next 7 months that is 2018 jan went to same ictc center and get tested and results came as negative and after 1 year 2019 january I went to ictc and get tested and results came as negative and now that is 2022 january (5 years after exposure) I suffering from fever and went to hospital tested and they took blood and tested typhoid, malaria and with tri dot 3 rd generation and results came negative for tri dot and typhoid positive and my concern is that tests are conclusive or do I need to retest?
