I am 31 years old from past 02 nights no sleep and chest heavy heart palpitations continuously, thirsty, left and right eye was twitching not regularly but on and off and more left eye was twitching and sometime in whole body some parts were also twitching like biceps side chest side, stomach,left and right leg.
