I tried to sleep every 12 midnight cause I have a class tomorrow morning but I can't. I think I had an insomnia what should I do?

hi jessa, this is not a major issue. nothing to worry regarding that. just drink plenty of water half an hour before bed. there should be a gap of atleast 3 hours from dinner to bed. don't eat stomach full at the night time. take a glass of milk before going to bed.
