I am 22 yrz old. (170 cm, 57kg) I want to increase my weight and want to escape from this skinny figure. What type of diet and food I shud have. I heard about a ayurveda medicine Nutrigain (granules and capsule) is it effective? Even my hand and leg bones seems to be so narrow. Is it because of lack of calcium? What I can do. Dear lybrate user, for gaining weight take good diet is advisable. But before that your digestive system must good to digest food and elimation of vitamins, minerals etc sholud be used body and ultimately it helps in weight gain. Take more green leafy vegetables, rice, potato, sugar, sweets, fruits, fermented food, ghee, oil, ice cream, clod drinks etc food which contains high calory. Avoid too much physical as well as mental work. Don't supress the natural urges of urine, stool etc. Don't take opposite diet like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. Manage the stress and anger. It is necessary. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can help you. Take protein rich diet more. You should not take nutragen products. According to my opinion you should take another ayurvedic products.
